Not a big deal really, just click the β€œcall supportβ€ button and and call the number. I have mixed feelings about this. I upgraded my laptops with it and it work as it should but had problems until the first update they came out with, now I have no problems.Why mixed feelings? I am doing a clean install on a desktop computer using a new WD 1T drive. It meets requirements to use it but no matter what I do I can not get it to install.
It loaded but I can’t activate. The message comes up saying the product key has already been used. Not happy with this seller at all. Upgraded my old operating system window vista to window 10. I bought this. All was well. But I do not like Windows 10…wish I had stayed with window 7. W7 is so much easier to work with when trying to figure what you want to do. All of my friends who switched to W10 say the same. Received quick, Win 10 was install on a new built computer. So installation was quick and easy.
I cannot send it back because i had it too long before i used it. Bought 2 copies from HARDWARE EVOLUTION and DATA MARKETING AND ELECTRONICS. The product keys did not work! HARDWARE EVOLUTION’s support was no help, but DATA MARKETING helped me. I had to call Microsoft. Get a new product key. Good Price. Fast delivery. However, I would encourage you to be very, very, very, careful when you’re removing the β€œscratch offβ€ material that covers the Key Codes. I rubbed out two sets rendering them unreadable. Thankfully keyforrest came to my rescue. They worked with me. We rectified the problem.
The product was loaded to a new laptop for our Finance Officer, and which had Office 365 trial package already loaded. There was no need to uninstall 365. I waited to purchase a key until after the install was complete. I could load into the system settings to register the software. Out of stubbornness I did try my old windows 7 key before purchasing, but got the invalid key result that I expected. From completing the purchase, to typing in the received code and activating a genuine copy of windows 10 can’t have taken more than a couple of minutes.
They dont seem to ever learn. Using my pc as a server to provide others with updates- no thank you. Sharing wifi passwords with others…still have to use classic shell to get a normal start menu…how freaking hard is it to add an old school start menu as an OPTION. The features are good. It runs very smoothly on my p.c!c! I would recommend Windows 10 to anybody. This is definitely a MAJOR improvement over windows 8. I takes me back to windows 7 and before.
This was strange and so difficult to revert that I wiped that profile.If you are looking for a clean OS this is not it. This is an OS sitting in a pile of trash. I needed an OEM product of Microsoft Win10 to install when reformating my HD. Windows 10 Home loaded quickly. Easily on a new hard drive. I like the user interface but not crazy about Edge. I actually really like windows 10 coming from widows 8.
