This product has no disc in the envelope nothing is in it. Very useful in downloading Windows 10 for an upgrade. Everything works just fine except once it crashed without any reason and I have to reinstall it again. Go to there website. Download the setup on to a flash drive. While in setup it’ll ask for a key which is COMPLETELY optional. There is quite literally no difference between the licensed. Unlicensed version of windows 10. They’re just trying to suck more money out of you.
It loaded but I can’t activate. The message comes up saying the product key has already been used. Not happy with this seller at all. Upgraded my old operating system window vista to window 10.

Took a bit to install but thats no problem for me. Worked great with no problems. Just like most other people say, it would be nice if it cost a little less. Disk was bad, installed half way, then failed saying couldn’t read disk. Computer will not recognize disc. Returned reordered and second one does not work in my computer. Built a new computer. Needed W/10. Inserted a flash drive to download it from the Microsoft web site and it kept stopping at 98% and told me there was a problem. I decided to contact M/soft and ended up talking to a lass who proclaimed she was in training.
I originally hated Windows 10 when I bought a laptop with it on it , but I’ve installed it on my gaming PC and all is running relatively smoothly. I’m still not a big fan of the menus that are block-style , but it’s still pretty easy to use. I’m not saying I love it because it still has some usability issues. Sometimes it’s difficult to locate things as quickly as I can with other systems. I am a little dismayed with how expensive it is, but alas this is something I required to run a computer at all. I found the change from Win 7 to Win 10 was not as bad as I had feared. I spent a couple of hours customizing settings. Am quite pleased with Win 10 so far.
