Entered it multiple times. Still did not work. Installed it then did the updates with no problem. Those that don’t seem to get fixed relatively quickly. Purchased this for a new PC build project.

THEN… the code had already been used and i had to spend 3-4 hours on the phone with a Windows technician who unlocked a new code for me who informed me they thought this software was pirated? Built a new computer. Installed Windows 10. I upgraded from a Windows 7 computer, which is a big change…but I like it so far. I was expecting an English version, but received a Dutch version. Used for custom build desktop.

After the product key not working at first I emailed the seller and to be fair he was really helpful. He sent a new product key by email which worked. Prompt delivery, instructions are ok although I did have to ring the helpline to install the product. Once that done however, everything up and running smoothly. Did not need to buy as there was a similar program on the computer I purchased which was good because the Office that I bought would not let me the sole user load it. It kept saying I needed to have administrator rights, which I had. I spoke with Microsoft. They said it was because it was an OEM version. I returned it to keyforrest. They refunded my money in total within days. Keyforrest gets 5 stars, Microsoft…not so much. When I received this product, I attempted to register my PC using the product key. I was told that this product key has been used to register another PC already. I will be returning this product, as it is absolutely useless to me.
