I had had to do a factory reset so lost the free Windows 10 upgrade we all had which I’d forgotten about. Therefore was a bit freaked by possibilities of malware but working fine. The USB Drive I received was corrupted. Would not load passed 1%. I tried numerous times installing, very frustrating! In the end I had to download win 10 on another computer/flash drive and use the code provided, which work the first try. The flash dive was also very cheap in quality in my opinion. Maybe I just got unlucky with a bad drive, who knows. I could not get this to install on my laptop. The vendor went out of his way to help me. If you want a Window 10 install, look at this vendor.
