With it, you can create P&IDs and integrate them into your 3D plant model. You can also generate isometric, orthographic, and material reports. To help feed my OCD I came up with a small add-on autodesk dwg trueview freeware pdf that simply opens up Google Map in your internet browser to where your current view is in Civil 3D. A coordinate system needs to be set on the drawing so a Lat/Lon can be properly calculated.
