I have since bought from a different seller on keyforrest and installed it and so far no problems and it appears to be genuine. To be honest I’m not sure if its the product or my new Seagate HD which caused the problem. I have since returned both products to keyforrest. I was So happy today I my order in great shape. I did as they said and used my nail 1st then a penny to scratch off my activation code.

Win 10 Home did not activate … windows activation server reported that the product key has exceeded its unlock limit. Don’t like this version AT ALL because of all the automatic functions it tries to run without operator input. It runs ok, but the machine it is installed on will NEVER ever hear the word internet, much less can't install revit 2022 experience a connection. Forget those ruinous surreptitious updates that scramble stuff…This OS makes me seriously consider learning Linux. Window 8 Worked great for us also, just used Stardock and bang windows 7 style. Yes, there is lot of things to set on Windows 10. The biggest is Internet Explorer, you have to go to C drive and put the shortcut on the desktop or task bar. Then I used Stardock. Put the start button back. Or get Ubuntu. Get even more geek credit. I really prefer having a disc. I hadn’t considered how important it would be for me, I was building a new PC with my son on a vacation where we were not near super fast internet like we had at the house . It would have taken a long time to download. I’m glad we bought this version that came with a disc.You also get the sticker with your window code to stick on the outside of the box.
