I reformatted my drive. Reinstalled windows 10 with this. Too easy to install, fast install, and easy to configure privacy settings for those concerned. Windows 8 was a disaster, so I was ready to upgrade to a new program. I have to say Windows 10 is much better! They layout problems and bug issues are a thing of the past and it is working really well. I was kind of leery about this product, but it arrived and I downloaded it without a hitch. I was a little peeved that MS wants to charge extra for windows media player.

I’m not sure why all the reviews on here are saying they recieved fake/boot leg discs. Mine installed fine. Is fully activated. So I am switching internet providers and perched using one, and started activation on 2nd. Failed to active β€œat this time”. Almost gave up, but switched back to 1st and discovered that the download and install had worked as planned, only activation had failed, which the switch back has fixed. I download documents off of the internet from trusted vendors. Those were failing with no work around. Any support from Microsoft is at least $100, so I just turned off the security and used another vendor for the security on my laptop. My installation of Windows suddenly deactivated and wouldn’t re-activate. I contacted Microsoft support and they said that the key isn’t a valid key and never should have worked. Well, it didn’t install on my machine because of a clone SDD. The boot sector is on the original drive. I’m sure it will be good on a fresh install. I have way too much on the computer to try a clean install. The activation code works. It’s easy to install. I wish I could give no stars because I am incredibly disappointed. Product installed as windows 10 home not pro, even though all packaging indicated pro. I cant wait to get my money back, hopefully there are no issues with that too.

OR… Buy this from keyforrest for $135 USD and you are ready to rock-and-roll. The product key that came with the software has been blocked by Mircosoft for activation. A thousand other people will review Windows 10 in great depth here, so I won’t. I liked both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, and I like Windows 10 even better. I think it’s a very logical. Incremental improvement for Windows. It’s sleek, polished, fast, and easy to use. As an added bonus, I’ve found that it’s also lighter weight, as far as system resource usage goes. I work on a wide variety of systems between the office and home, and I find Windows 10 to be so fast and easy to use. Got this before I knew about the Media Installer you can download fromm MSFT. I had wanted a clean install of Windows 10. Either way, I am very impressed with the agility of Windows 10 and its functionality. I love the new Edge Explorer… way faster than Chrome and much more secure, plus it seems to be able to use those annoying sites that used to be β€˜Chrome’ specific. Windows 10 Free upgrade is a lie. It’s really a trial period for a year. So if your system dies you either have to buy the license upgrade at a gun held at your head price or hope you can find your old DVD installation disk and unlocking key or recover disk, which may not work. This happened to me when the first major upgrade had occurred. Installed in 5 minutes on my new build. I have read a lot of negative reviews on W10 but I like it. I’m not sure what the problem with every one not liking it but we don’t have a say it as far as I see it. Bought from keyforrest with prime. The new OS is really great. Has many new features.
