This paper examines elements of victim blaming, victim injury, victim-offender relationships, and gender to discuss why victims report or don't report their sexual assault. The data is drawn from a sample of 1,045 rape victims who reported experiencing a sexual assault to the National Crime Victimization Survey from 2001 to 2016. Feminist theory is used to further explain how the four mentioned concepts contribute to the feelings of why a victim chooses to report. Researchers predict that victims of sexual assault who suffered an injury or who was raped by a stranger are more likely to report the assault to the police. Homeowners could use this information to determine if they should be concerned about hurricanes. This study could help home buyers asses the prudence of purchasing a house within the study area.

The criminalization of homelessness creates a culture of homeless people as deviants and criminals, stigmatizing them and disconnecting them from community and society. Homeless people are routinely marginalized by federal, state, and local governments and lack access to political systems and resources that have the potential to help them out of homelessness. PSS, we administered a lifestyle and health questionnaire to participants, including questions relating to economic and work-life status. According to PSS results, high perceived stress indicated a higher likelihood for hot flashes in people experiencing menopause and perimenopause.
